SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Fresko. This document describes the types of messages you may receive, message frequency, and how to opt out.

Types of Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Account Alerts: Notifications about your account status, security alerts, login verification, and password resets
  • Service Updates: Important updates about the Fresko platform, including maintenance notices and feature announcements
  • Order Confirmations: Confirmations of your subscription purchases, payment receipts, and billing notifications
  • Appointment Reminders: Reminders about scheduled broadcasts or upcoming trial expirations
  • Delivery Notifications: Updates about your message campaigns, including delivery confirmations and status reports

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. You may receive:

  • Account security alerts as needed
  • Billing notifications at the start of each billing cycle
  • Service updates and announcements
  • Delivery confirmations and campaign status updates

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive from us. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Fresko at any time by using any of these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to immediately unsubscribe
  • Text UNSUBSCRIBE: Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us
  • Contact Support: Email support@fresko.com with your phone number and request to be removed

After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Note: Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your Fresko account. You can still use the platform and will continue to receive important account emails.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected through our SMS program may include your phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, and message history for compliance purposes.

Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Fresko at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase, although you must consent to receive account-related messages to use our service.

You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number provided, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued participation in our SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
